Facing. Fence. Friends?

-06.28.2023-

It has to be faced;

And it IS being faced;

But faced guarantees non

Of resolutions done;

It has only to grip,

To fasten, to dip

In fluffy fume, fusing

Effusively with FAME;

It once came

As totem be-gazed:

True but RUDE –

Wade in, then out.

.

It should have

A solo place at

Nowhere amid haze.

Yet changing is the NAME;

This fetish of CALLING

Creeps on its falling edge,

Concealing the hole picture -

Unseen and fleeing;

In each and every

Work ’bout to echo;

’Tell fail IMPULSION

Or volition.

.

Still, it’s guilt when dreamy

Plots resurrect’d –

Blasting beams:

SHE, Ionic, stands in Order;

So even fences cannot

Defend lingering NODS;

We take turns

Not to be friends.

.

What is the rest?

Days and nights may test;

Sad, that TIME

IS busy dy’n;

Shouldn’ dealt that meal?

Some, locked beyond, seals

This HOT spot;

It’s not a hotpot.

.

’Cause shout’n loud

Is a one-shot reach-out;

Pseudo blow-up,

GENUINE bluff;

Dare no Doric

But drown like doves;

PEEK at the profile,

At each fortunate grown.

.

Has PROLONG’D Stance,

Nothing to do with slant glance;

I mean, it’s – really

Just for celebrities;

After all, or so, the soggy air

Gnaw’d my skin and nose,

Conduct’ it into my ears;

Long time no SCENE;

Following is a tightened tongue,

And a listless stomach;

It OCUPPIES

The niche of appetizers;

Rolling around, deprived

Of instant immerse;

TRANQUILITY daunted by

Her scintillating mercy.

.

Thus, it’s again true –

Evidence in digits;

No gut to move –

ENJOY this fidget;

So what is it?

Very last SUSPICIOUS.
